During one-on-one consultations — whether conducted in person, or virtually via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet — you may voluntarily share personal and financial information relevant to your situation. This may include income details, debt levels, savings, insurance coverage, or other financial circumstances.

You are never obligated to share more than you are comfortable with.

We want to be transparent about what we do not collect:

• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies on this website

• We do not use Google Analytics or any website analytics tools

• We do not run paid advertisements and therefore do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or similar tools

• We do not operate a newsletter or email marketing list

• Access limited exclusively to Maria Diacon

• Use of Google's built-in security and encryption features

5.2 Paper Records

 

Some client information may be recorded and stored in physical (paper) form. Paper records are:

• Kept in a secured, restricted-access location

• Accessible only by Maria Diacon

• Shredded and permanently destroyed when no longer required

9. MINORS AND USERS UNDER 14

 

Money Coach welcomes users of all ages. However, in compliance with Quebec's Law 25, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 without verified parental or guardian consent.

If you are under the age of 14:

• You must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before submitting any personal information through this website

• A parent or guardian must be present or involved in any consultation booking or attendance

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 14 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
