Our Commitment

 

At Money Coach, we believe in transparency — including when it comes to payments. This policy clearly outlines what you can expect regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for all services offered through money-coach.ca.

1. FREE 30-MINUTE CONSULTATION

 

Every new client is entitled to one (1) complimentary 30-minute introductory consultation at no charge.

  • No payment is required

  • No refund is applicable

  • This offer is available once per person and is non-transferable

2. PAID CONSULTATIONS

 

2.1 General Refund Policy

 

All paid consultations are non-refundable.

Because every new client has access to a free 30-minute consultation before committing to a paid session, refunds will not be issued once a paid booking is confirmed — regardless of circumstance, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with the session outcome

  • Partial use of session time

2.2 Exception — Cancellation by Money Coach

 

If Money Coach cancels a confirmed paid consultation and is unable to offer a suitable rescheduled time, a full refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY — PAID CONSULTATIONS

Cancellation more than 24 hours before session - No charge

Cancellation less than 24 hours before session - Full payment forfeited

No-show without notice - Full payment forfeited

Rescheduling more than 24 hours before session - Permitted at no charge

Rescheduling less than 24 hours before session - Treated as cancellation — payment forfeited

4. RESCHEDULING — PAID CONSULTATIONS

  • Clients may reschedule a paid consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost

  • A maximum of two (2) reschedules are permitted per booking

  • A third rescheduling request will not be accommodated and the session fee will be forfeited without refund

5. SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS & WORKSHOPS

5.1 Deposit

 

All speaking engagements and workshops require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to 50% of the total agreed fee, confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

5.2 Cancellation by Client or Organization

More than 1 week before the event - Deposit forfeited — no further charges

Less than 1 week before the event - Full deposit forfeited — additional costs may apply.

5.3 Cancellation by Money Coach

 

In the event that Money Coach must cancel a confirmed speaking engagement or workshop:

  • A full refund of all amounts paid will be issued

  • Money Coach will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the organization as a result of the cancellation

6. HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

 

Refunds that are applicable under this policy will be:

  • Processed through the original payment method via PayPal

  • Issued within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of eligibility

  • Communicated to you by email at the address used during booking
